What payment method can I use?

All payments are handled securely by PayPal.

PayPal gives you a lot of ways to complete your payment and does not require a PayPal account.

How old should I be to donate?:

You can be of any age to donate, just be sure to have full parental consent if you are under the age of 18.

When donating:

When you're donating make sure that you are online on the server until you receive what you purchased. This may take up to 15 Minutes. More information below.

When do I get the items/ranks that I purchased?

When you have donated it usually takes 5 Minutes to process the payment, however, it may take up to 15 Minutes

I purchased a rank/item but not received it yet. What should I do?

If you still haven't received what your purchased after 30 minutes, please contact us at vexedprison@gmail.com so we can help you get this sorted. Make sure to include your in-game name, what your purchased and time of purchase.

Am I able to get a refund?

All items purchased on the store are one off purchases, and fully virtual items with no real life value. As such, we don't offer refunds as all money is used for supporting the server. Items cannot be removed once they are given which is one of the many reasons that we don't offer refunds.

Chargebacks, rules and notes:

If you attempt to chargeback, you will be denied access to all of our services permanently.
